Portfolio Manager

I am Youmika Bryant President of Clear Property Management. I hold a M.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Finance, CAM license, and over 27 years of experience in the Financial Industry and 13 years within Residential/Association Management. As President, I oversee the company portfolio, build relationships with vendors and service providers, and personally manage a small sector of the residential accounts. My daily determination to learn and grow from the previous day are the driving forces that push me to go more than just an extra mile. 

Clear is an acronym for Client-focused Leaders Ethically Achieving Results. With Client-Focused being the first word, and results being the end, clients know they are our first priority and every step taken within the process is geared towards their desired results.

Senior Property Manager

I’m Vivian Chatman Senior Property Manager. My background includes a Master’s Degree in both Finance and Management which has aided in making my career Exceptional and Seasoned covering Operational Management, Facility Management, Executive Administration, and Communication over a 30-year span.

Within my role I provide daily oversight to the Condominium and Homeowner Associations. This entails completion of RFPs, Budgeting, Contract Negotiations, Maintenance Supervision and Board of Directors Communication. I am the liaison between the Board of Directors, Local/State Officials, Service Providers, and the homeowners, ensuring that all information is provided to the shareholders in accordance with the governing laws of the state and CCRs.

Executive Administrator

I’m Ashley, the Executive Administrator at Clear Property Management. I bring a diverse background to the office with over 12 years of Administration experience, specializing in Hospitality, Corporate Law, Marketing, and Beauty. I am a mother to three handsome boys who are the driving force behind my daily mindset of achieving my life goals. I’m also a licensed esthetician and owner of Sleek Aesthetics Studios. I pride myself on making others feel beautiful and better about themselves. I have exceptional attention to detail and a keen sense of reading between the lines. These traits assist me in making all clients and staff feel valued and understood.
